New accessories from the OLTRE Society Design Collection presented at Milan Design Week 2023

Wood, marble and porcelain, explored and modelled by artisan know-how, are transformed into an exhibition of design pieces, previewed to the public at the Milan store of Society Limonta in Via Palermo 1 during Milan Design Week, from 17 to 23 April 2023.

OLTRE Society Design Collection, the space dedicated to research and development of design accessories to complement Society Limonta’s textile collections, grows to include new design pieces imagined in collaboration with artists and designers from the Italian creative scene.

For the first time Society presents the cutting boards and centrepieces by Riccardo Monte, an artist with an affinity for a slow approach to craftmanship, who hand carves and hand finishes boards in Canaletto walnut, Italian walnut and oak.

Dario Antoniali continues his collaboration with Society presenting a napkin ring inspired by the weaving shuttle, the tool which carries the weft yarn in the loom.

Lastly, Beatrice Rossetti carries on working with porcelain, designing new vases and pitchers for the table, along with experimenting with wood to create new candlesticks with clean, vegetal, architectural shapes.
